Hello, I’m Jade, a Humanistic Counsellor based in Hampshire
Hello and a warm welcome to my website. I’m Jade and I am a qualified Counsellor based in Hampshire.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), which means I also work within the BACP’s Ethical Framework. I offer face to face and online counselling to adults and young people aged 11+.
Let's see if we are the right fit.
There are many different types of counselling available, and each therapist will have a slightly different approach. It’s important to find a therapist who you feel comfortable with, as well as making sure you are comfortable with how they work.
I offer an initial 15-minute telephone session which is free of charge, to answer any questions you may have and to give you a bit of an idea of who I am and how I work. From there you can decide whether you would like to go ahead and book a session with me.
